Your adventure begins in the heart of Diyarbakır, famous for its black basalt stones, with a visit to the Diyarbakır Ulu Cami, one of Anatolia's oldest and most revered places of worship. Immediately after, you take a breather at the magnificent Hasan Paşa Hanı, reflecting the region's commercial past, and end the day strolling around the massive Diyarbakır Surları, a UNESCO World Heritage site and living witness to history. On the second day, you turn your route to Batman. After experiencing nature and history together at the nature park where the architecturally splendid historical Malabadi bridge is located, your path leads you to Hasankeyf, the guardian of mysterious underwater history.
