1. Right of Application & Legal Basis
Pursuant to Article 13 of Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and applicable GDPR provisions, data subjects have the right to submit requests to the data controller regarding the processing of their personal data. To be valid, applications must contain specific required details set forth by applicable regulations.

Data Controller Gezi Rota TR does not hold a KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) address and has no published physical correspondence address; email is therefore the only application channel:
- By Email: Send your request, together with information sufficient to verify your identity, to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Subject Access Request / KVKK Application". You may scan the form below or copy its text into your email.
3. Mandatory Application Information
Your application must include the following details to enable identity verification:
- Full Name, Surname, and physical signature if submitted in writing,
- National ID Number (for Turkish citizens) or Nationality & Passport Number (for foreign citizens),
- Residential or business contact address,
- Notification email address and phone number,
- Specific subject matter and details of the request.
4. Summary of Data Subject Rights
You may exercise the following rights in your application:
- Learn whether personal data is processed,
- Request information if personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
- Know third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data,
- Request notification of corrections/deletions to third-party recipients,
- Object to adverse outcomes produced solely by automated processing,
- Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
5. Response Period & Evaluation Procedure
Your request will be processed free of charge and answered within 30 (thirty) days at the latest from receipt. As the Data Controller has no physical correspondence address, the response is delivered by email only.
